If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use TCGfy's services.

Eligibility

By placing an order with TCGfy, you represent that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement; and

Products & Services

TCGfy offers trading cards, collectibles, accessories, sealed products, pull games, mystery products, and related services.

All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued, modified, or removed at any time without notice.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in the applicable currency unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
• TCGfy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other business-related reasons.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. TCGfy reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

In the event of a cancellation initiated by TCGfy before shipment, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method when applicable.

Product Descriptions

TCGfy strives to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and information. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, availability, or other content are free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Card Condition Disclaimer

Card condition evaluations are subjective and may vary among collectors and grading companies.

Customers acknowledge that condition opinions are not guarantees and should perform their own assessment before purchasing.

Pull Games & Mystery Products

Pull games, mystery products, and similar offerings are chance-based products.

Customers acknowledge that:

• Results are random;
• Pull values may vary;
• Duplicate cards may occur; and
• Dissatisfaction with pull results is not grounds for refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks.

Intellectual Property

All TCGfy branding, logos, graphics, images, written content, promotional materials, and original media are the property of TCGfy unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of TCGfy content is prohibited without prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Commit fraud or payment abuse;
• Submit false information;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or customers;
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• Engage in activities that may harm TCGfy's operations or reputation.

Suspension & Termination

In all circumstances, TCGfy's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
