📜 Return & Refund Policy

At TCGfy, we aim to provide clear expectations and transparency for all customers. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

🛑 All Sales Are Final (TCG Products)

All Trading Card Game (TCG) products are final sale. No returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or order modifications are permitted once payment has been processed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Singles
  • Sealed products
  • Booster packs
  • Mystery boxes / mystery products
  • Pull games
  • Accessories
  • Promotional items

🎭 Non-TCG Products (7-Day Return Policy)

For non-TCG products, customers are eligible for a 7-day return window starting from the date of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless otherwise approved

Non-TCG items include (but are not limited to):

  • Cosplay costumes
  • Wigs
  • Apparel
  • Accessories
  • General merchandise not related to trading cards

✂️ Custom / Made-to-Order Products (Strict No Refund Policy)

All customized, pre-order, or tailor-made products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes any product that:

  • Is made to order
  • Has custom sizing, design, or modifications
  • Is specially sourced or reserved upon request

⚠️ Please ensure all details (size, color, specifications, etc.) are correct before placing your order.

If you are unsure about any product details, please contact us before purchasing for guidance and clarification.

🃏 Card Condition Disclaimer

Card condition grading is subjective and may vary between collectors.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images, however:

  • Minor imperfections may not always be visible
  • Factory issues (centering, print lines, whitening, scratches, edge wear, surface flaws) are not considered defects
  • These do not qualify for refunds or returns

📦 Vintage & Older Products

Vintage or older items may show signs of:

  • Age
  • Storage wear
  • Handling or play

Unless otherwise stated, these characteristics are considered normal and not eligible for refunds.

🎲 Pull Games & Mystery Products

All pull games, mystery boxes, and chance-based products are final sale.

No refunds or returns will be issued for:

  • Duplicate pulls
  • Low-value outcomes
  • Customer dissatisfaction with results
  • Variance in expectations

🚚 Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather disruptions
  • Lost or stolen packages after shipment

If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Customers must file claims directly with the carrier when applicable.

⚠️ Fraud & Chargebacks

Fraudulent claims, payment disputes, or chargebacks for received items may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases
  • Reporting to payment processors
  • Loss of eligibility for future orders

✅ Exceptions (Our Error Only)

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • An item is missing due to our error

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo or video evidence.
